PlanBørnefonden har oprettet en whistleblowerordning, som du kan læse mere om på denne side. Vi opfordrer dig til at læse dette, før du anmelder en mistanke eller bekymring.

Whistleblowerordningen kan bruges af enhver, som ønsker at anmelde en mistanke eller bekymring om ulovligheder eller alvorlige uregelmæssigheder i PlanBørnefonden Danmark, anonymt.

Du kan bruge PlanBørnefonden whistleblowerordning, hvis du har viden eller begrundet mistanke om følgende forhold, som vedrører PlanBørnefonden:

• Fare for personers, herunder børn og unges sundhed og sikkerhed
• Kriminelle handlinger, f.eks. korruption, bestikkelse, bedrageri, underslæb og forfalskning af dokumenter
• Regnskabsmæssig manipulation eller misbrug af aktiver
• Andre alvorlige lovovertrædelser
• Brud på de til enhver tid gældende interne politikker og retningslinjer
• Alvorlige overtrædelser af arbejdssikkerhedsstandarder
• Diskrimination, racisme, sexisme, mobning, chikane eller sexchikane
• Bevidst forsøg på at skjule forhold vedrørende ovenstående

Brug ikke whistleblowerordningen til at rapportere begivenheder, der udgør en umiddelbar trussel mod liv eller helbred. Hvis du har brug for akut hjælp, bedes du straks kontakte de offentlige nødtjenester.

Anonymitet

Whistlebloweren er anonym, og anmeldelsen går til en ekstern tredjepart (PwC Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab ”PwC”). PwC er et uafhængigt revisions-, skatte- og rådgivningshus, som på vegne af PlanBørnefonden Danmark modtager anmeldelser, for at sikre en uafhængig og anonym kanal for dig, der anmelder. Efterfølgende sendes din anmeldelse videre til behandling hos PlanBørnefonden.

Hvis du vælger at være anonym, må du ikke oplyse dit navn eller andet personhenførbart, som f.eks. adresse eller telefonnummer. Hvis du vælger at forblive anonym, skal du vide, at det kan vanskeliggøre undersøgelsen af forholdet fordi der ikke kan stilles afklarende spørgsmål eller bedes om yderligere dokumentation eller lignende. Vi opfordrer dig derfor til at angive dine kontaktoplysninger, så PwC har mulighed for at undersøge anmeldelsens omstændigheder.

Hvis du indtaster dine kontaktoplysninger, får du et svar inden for 24 timer efter du har indsendt din anmeldelse.

Beskyttelse af whistleblowere

PlanBørnefonden Danmark tillader ingen form for repressalier eller chikane mod whistleblowers.

Al information vil blive behandlet af PlanBørnefonden. Alle rapporteringer der omhandler svindel, bestikkelse og eller korruption vil, inden en egentlig undersøgelse sættes i gang, blive anmeldt til Plan Internationals ’Counter Fraud Unit’. Al information vil blive holdt fortroligt i den videst mulige udstrækning.

Vedrører din mistanke eller bekymring forhold i Plan International, herunder også Plan Internationals landekontorer, skal du henvende dig til direktøren i den pågældende Plan International-enhed, eller alternativt kan du benytte Plan Internationals whistleblower ordning, Safecall, www.safecall.co.uk/report eller via e-mail: plan@safecall.co.uk.safecall.

PlanBørnefondens whistleblowerordning gælder alene forhold, der vedrører PlanBørnefonden.

Dette gælder hvad enten du er ansat i PlanBørnefonden, frivillig, sponsor, samarbejdspartner m.fl., , så længe din bekymring eller mistanke ikke vedrører PlanBørnefonden.

Whistleblower Scheme

We have set up a whistleblower scheme, which you can read more about on this page. We encourage you to read this before reporting a suspicion or a concern.

The whistleblower scheme can be used anonymously by anyone who wishes to report a suspicion or concern regarding illegalities or serious irregularities in PlanBørnefonden Danmark.

PlanBørnefonden Danmark’s whistleblower scheme applies only to matters concerning PlanBørnefonden Danmark.

If your suspicion or concern relates to Plan International incl. Plan International country offices, you should contact the director of the relevant office, or alternatively use the international whistleblowing scheme via Safecall at www.safecall.co.uk/report or via e-mail: plan@safecall.co.uk.safecall.

This applies whether you are employed by PlanBørnefonden Danmark, a volunteer, sponsor, partner etc., provided your concern or suspicion does not relate to PlanBørnefonden Danmark. Read our global policy on whistleblowing here.

You can make a report through PlanBørnefonden Danmark’s whistleblower scheme if you have knowledge or suspicion of the following in relation to PlanBørnefonden Danmark:

• endangerment of the health or safety of any person incl. children or young people;
• criminal acts such as corruption, bribery, fraud, embezzlement or document forgery;
• accounting manipulation or misappropriation of assets;
• other serious criminal offences or breach of civil law or regulations;
• breach of internal policies and procedures in force from time to time;
• serious violations of occupational safety standards;
• discrimination, racism, sexism, bullying, harassment, or sexual harassment
• deliberate attempts to conceal of any of the above.

Do not use the whistleblower scheme to report events that pose an immediate threat to life or health. If you need emergency help, please contact the public emergency services immediately.

Anonymity

The whistleblower is anonymous, and the report is received by an external third party, PwC (PwC Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab “PwC”). PwC is an independent audit, tax and consulting firm which receives reports on behalf of PlanBørnefonden Danmark to provide an independent and anonymous channel for you to report your concerns through. Your report will then be forwarded to PlanBørnefonden for further processing.

If you wish to remain anonymous, do not disclose your name or other personally identifiable information, such as address or phone number. If you choose to remain anonymous, you should be aware that this may complicate the investigation of the matter as we cannot ask clarifying questions or request additional documentation etc. We therefore encourage you to provide your contact information so that PwC has the opportunity to investigate the circumstances of the report.

If you enter your contact information, you will receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your report.

Whistleblower protection

PlanBørnefonden Danmark does not allow any form of reprisal or harassment against whistleblowers.

All reporting will be processed by PlanBørnefonden. Reports concerning fraud, bribery and/or corruption will also, prior to investigation, be reported to Plan International’s Counter Fraud Unit. All information will be kept confidential to the fullest extent possible.
